Upcoming trip to Japan

 The trip to Japan is planned to be from a takeoff date October 17, 2022 through a return flight on November 3, 2022.

The cost of the trip is dependent on the costs of airfare, train pass costs, rental car costs. hotels and the current yen / dollar exchange rate.  The current cost of the as of December 10, 2021 is $2750.99.  The cost of the trip will never go above $3000.00.  I will delete or rearrange things to never go above this price.

There will be no commitment until the initial deposits are required which will be on Feb. 1, 2022.  The deposit will consist of the airfare, train fares, bus fares, rental car costs and some lodging deposits.

The schedule is extremely flexible.  No participant is required to follow the planned itinerary, and accommodations can be made or adjusted as desired.  I maintain a spreadsheet with the itinerary and associated cost breakdown available upon request.
